“What if my items arrives damaged?”

If there was a mistake made by us in your order such as damaged products or incorrect sizing please reach out within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days the buyer assumes responsibility for any damage done to the item and your request may not be approved despite the reasoning. 

 

I can’t find my confirmation or tracking email.”

Please look in your spam and promotional folders for confirmation and tracking emails. If you cannot locate them please reach out to us with your order number and we’ll assist you.

 

I bought the wrong size can I exchange my items?”

If you receive your item and decide that you would like to exchange for a different size all shipping costs must be paid by you. The item must be unused, undamaged and in the original condition upon retrieval in order to be eligible for an exchange. If items do not meet the above requirements they will be sent back to you and the exchange will be denied and no refund will be provided for the shipping costs. 

 

 

I need to change my order.”

If you would like to cancel or change your order please contact us at c0deotaku@gmail.com withing 24 hours, please keep in mind that orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. We cannot cancel or change your order once it has shipped.

 

My package was marked as delivered but it isn’t here.”

We are not responsible for any stolen packages as they are out of our control and the buyer assumes responsibility for the item once it has shipped. Please pay close attention to the tracking information that is provided to ensure that you receive your package. In the event that your package has been marked as lost by USPS please contact us and we will try our best to assist you your order. Please reach out within 7 days of receipt and we will attempt to assist you, after 7 days buyer assumes all responsibility for their package. 

 

My package was delayed.”

Courier delays are out of our control, USPS will provide updates on your packages whereabouts with the tracking number that is provided to you via email. Refunds will not be given out for delayed delivery dates due the fact that it is out of our control.

 

My package is being returned to sender, what should I do?”

In the event that your item is returned to us due to insufficient address or inaccessible delivery area it is the buyers responsibility to cover the shipping costs in order to have the item shipped again. Once items are shipped the first time they are non-refundable, it is the customers responsibility to provide us with a valid address.

What are your Care Instructions?”

Our items should be washed on COLD only. Please hang dry, machine drying WILL cause your hoodie to shrink. Do not apply heat directly to the design as this may cause the colors to damage.
